A month

So harini baru masuk opis after a month cuti (Admitted/MC/AL/Compassionate Leave/Unpaid Leave)

Starting ive been admitted due to dehydration from 17th April till 20th April.

Then on MC till 24th of April...masuk la kejap opis on 23rd sbb nak apply leave for next 1 month...

And on Annual Leave, Compassionate Leave and Unpaid Leave...applied cuti smpi this Friday, but farouq Alhamdulillah dah recover..so sending him mcm biasa with tangisan yang sangat kuat...so my UL just 3days je..

He had his surgery on 29th of April...so dengan mama yang x sihat, rasanya kt hospital tu mama lagi kronik compared ngan farouq...

masa mama admitted, farouq ada Sports Day..TQ babah handle farouq sorang2...and farouq pn cooperate and joined program dia even awal2 nangis time babah nak tinggalkan kat aunties...

Supposedly he is going to have his 4th surgery yesterday, but unfortunately cancelled and already rescheduled to a later date...so petang tu jgk kami checked-out...hihi...

why?

his surgeon requested to have another consultant in the OT room..consultant from Gleneagles...kalau jadi semalam...proses menjaga akan ada involvement from hubby...but next, maybe kurang invovlment...awak pun dah besar kan anak? kurang ragam n mendengar kata..insyaAllah semua dipermudahkan...

mama pn dah apply cuti almost a month...so terpaksa cancel...later date tu pn as usual la a month tp mayb hubby xde sekali...ermmm cuci luka sorg2 la nampaknya....janji awak bayar ye unpaid leave saya tu seperti biasa *wink*

p/s : when i sent to to others (Family & colleagues) above pic..they just said "dah besar farouq".."eiii..senyum je"...does he knows what is happening? yup..we do tell him...doktor nak jumpa nak tgk ni nnti farouq berdarah nanti farouq xlarat jalan then kita pakai stroller la...be a good boy k...makin delay makin besar awak..semoga makin besar makin mudah..insyaAllah...

APSH : Discharged

Alhamdullilah...

Kami discharged yesterday...doctor nmpk macam xrela je nak release, but since he knew i have nebulizer machine at home...he asked me to continue giving him neb and cont with antibiotic...i xde pn ckp nak keluar..but dia rasa dh boleh keluar kot..

Yesterday, chest pyhsio was at 9.15am and fasting 2 hrs before that...but no problem ngan fasting coz he woke up pn dh 9am...so kasi agkt je trus ke physoptherapy...menangis? harus la...

this visit...everytime physio..yang keluar dari mulut dia..

11am doc wat ward visit..and ok je nak discharge kan kami....tp nak dapat BILL tu..ya Ampun...4 jam ha..biasa la pakai insurance kan..TQ to ING & PM CARE..rasanya total bill dari dulu skrg dah almost 30k...this visit yang paling mahal...almost 5k...but nak taknak terpaksa la tunggu...smpi tertido balik ha farouq penat menunggu...kejap mama kata nak settle payment and pay the bill la..kejap cakap nak packing la...

1st thing yang datang kt kepala otak and biler tgk minyak pn dh tggl 2 bar...trus terpikir sedapnya dapat nugget panas and dapat McFlurry Oreo...and sepanjang drive la dah dok pk mana la petronas with mcd yang ada odw back..trus teringat kt taman melati...hehehe

Happy Tummy

Lagipun si kecik xmakan lagi lunch..even we took our breakfast pn dh almost 10am..but memikirkan si kecik ni mmg kuat makan...so half of bubur tu habis and almost sparuh medium fries habis...*jangan contohi saya as mama yang anak baru kuar hospital kasi fastfood T___T*

Nebulizer at School

Since im sending him to school today...nak x nak i kena lari before their nap time..mmg kul 12 drg akan lunch and shower and tido..so kalau tggu kul 1 br gerak dari opis mmg takut dia dh tido..so left the office dlm kul 1230...and ngam2 je dia tgh mandi n kengkawan lain dh baring amik port nk tido...kawan2 pn ada yang kerumun tgk apa la asap2 kt farouq tu..hehehe

i gave him nebulizer by using our latest PORTABLE NEBULIZER machine that we bought from his paed, apsh...still menggunakan electric...but asap yang keluar adalah not bad....so gonna bring this anywhere after this...including our trip this Friday, tu wajib sbb mmg still kena on nebulizer for at least 2 weeks...next monday mayb kena twice per day je..but kena completekan every 4hrs until this weekend...

His paed as per what the nurses said, agak agresif sket...so in between 4hrs utk nebulizer, i kena kasi inhaler ventolin...so inhaler mmg i sentiasa ada dlm his bag, but this machine i akan handle sndr...jarak between his school n my office dlm 10mins to 15mins...

Im not having enough rest..eventho si kecik by 10pm or lambat pn by 11am dah tido until 8am..but i hanya mampu lelap pukul 12 ke atas...time sbelum tu la org check temperature, orang kasi neb...then lepas dah tido pn orang kasi neb la..check temperature la..org tkr hot water smua...nak pujuk dia lagi time kasi n after neb la...mmg TAK LENA...and now at home pn i akan bangun sekali at least kul 3am utk kasi neb..but in between tu x lena jgk tido T___T

I feel like a SUPERMOM...only on weekend people came to visit..tu pn kejap2 je kan...isnin n selasa mmg berdua...yang best time discharged smua pn BERDUA!! biler doc cakap leh keluar, i kemas baju yang xkan pakai n baju kotor masuk 1 beg...tgglkn 2 pasang baju si kecik n pampers n kelengkapan lain...1st bag i anta ke kereta dl...so biler last nak balik mmg tggl bag time i tolak stroller tu je...and handbag!

bukan HUBBY x sayang anak...i know dia nak balik..but i xkasi balik...i tau dia banyak keje...pikirkan nak holiday ni lagi..and nak cuti lama end nov utk si kecik ni pya operation smua...eventho i bz jaga anak..hubby pn bz bekerja..mencari duit utk kesenangan masa depan..i called him 11pm still kt opis..kul 5 pagi dah bangun wat keje...

ITS OK yang...biarla orang nak cakap apa...tp zurai tau, zurai mampu handle current situation...ikut hati awal2 i leh je lari balik and kemas baju n dtg blk hospital...tp xpe la on weekend ada orang leh tolong..

so anakku..bukan nak mengungkit, tapi ingat pengorbanan mama n babah awak k...kalau dia degil nnti, sesiapa plsss ingat kan dia k... :)

APSH : 3rd Night

This was what happened last night...

Menahan diri dari nak tido...tido tgari for 1 hour..and biler nk tido ptg, br dpt stgh jam di ganggu ngan nurse kasi antibiotik then br dpt tido stgh jam nurse dtg kasi neb...

Then cranky nak tido tp nak tido atas katil mama...xmo katil dia..dipujuk2 x jalan so bawak bjalan la jawabnya...

The sleepy boy!

My mom usually will come n brings some foods..soup la slalunya...n my in laws came last Saturday brought some chocolates for me...

I guess that chocs tu so that menantu dia extra energy coz kena jaga anak yang sakit sorang2...hehehe..

1st thing came out from my father in law once he entered the room : 

"Sian menantu abah"...

"Mana cucu atok yang sakit ni??!!"...

Hopefully leh discharge for today...and rasa nya akan cont neb at home beserta antibiotik...kahak still ada, tp dada berombak alhamdulillah dh ok...

And yesss..kami berdua skrg tgh bmalam as at today sudah 3 hari since sabtu..we rushed to the hospital at 2.30 in the morning...

Al kisah nya bermula...

Khamis : by mlm lebih kurg 10mlm I perasan hidung dia basah dh selsema..and biler suruh hembus nmpk hingus nya masih berair biasa..tak hijau n pekat lagi...so I kasi makan ubat..

Jumaat : still pergi skolah and I bekalkn ubat flu..I arrived home lebey kurg 8pm and opah yg fetch my lil boy..and nmpk dia dh pasif plus mamai sbb br makan ubat...but xstart lagi neb smua...so smpi2 rumah I started his neb at 8.30pm n dia dh cergas...before sleep i kasi neb lg...

Sabtu : Then things getting worse..by 1am dia dh tido bpusing satu katil...I nmpk dada dia brombak n I kasi neb lg..by 2am dia stat bpusing satu katil and started SHIVERING..panas kurg tp rasanya panas dlm kot..pki kan cool fever n he doesn't stop shivering...so kejutkn my mom n trus ke emergency..

His temperature was 39..kasi sub then jmp doc..kasi neb n doc check dada dia dh kasi neb pn still brombak...so decided  admit kan saja budak kecik ini....

5am dpt masuk ward n br la si kecik ni tido smpi la kul 10++ jgk...my dad dtg hospital amik my mom dl...

Luckily mmg I bwk sket susu n baju si kecik but none for me...so biler dia bgn smua still boleh mandikn n susu ada n pampers pn ada..

By noon only my auntie yg nk ke ukm sggh rumah n before heading to bangi sggh apsh kasi smua kelengkapan...

Mayb esok br leh balik..kahak agak banyak jgk...sat n sun managed to do 1 session of chest physio..since dh 2 years old dah xde suction..just tepuk2 kasi longgar kahak...today managed buat 2 sessions...

Get well soon my lil boy..babah nk blk tp since kita nk berholiday by this Friday, mama ckp xpe..mama leh handle frq even ada masa termarah n terpukul..tp jarang k..terpukul sbb frq campak n buang smua Pringles dlm botol atas lantai..protes sbb mama mandi n frq kena tggl luar sorg2 T__T

Farouq was admitted due to bronchitis...as usual wheezing and flame..so physio n suction is a must...after a raya holiday..and sent him to the nursery on monday...phewww next day hidung dh meleleh..after an injections for 3 days consecutively from saturday until monday..seems that there are no changes..so i brought him on thursday and harus la admitted..bag baju mmg dh ready awal2...

Sekarang dh ok kena neb..rilek je main ipod..
practice makes perfect :D

Babah came back..i told him not to be worried as i can handle him..
but seems babah nak amik peluang balik malaysia.. :)

I got 3 days of MC *sila baca ala2 parody 5days mc sore eyes itu ye* and twice a day have to go the hospital..1st session around 11pm++ at the doctor's clinic and nite session around 10pm++ at the emergency..as my lil boy sangat susahhh nk makan ubat..so injection was the only solution..and doc siap kasi pinjam the nebuliser machine k..eventho discharge on sunday..but jarum kt tangan dibukak on khamis...seriously he was cranky all time..like seriously sangat xboleh berpisah ngan mama dia...

Sulong Enterprise Raya Gathering @ Kuala Selangor *hubby's side*..drove pepagi wit my lil boy around 830am and went home around 3.30pm..

The only person yg xde compared to our raya photo? yess..my hubby! :(
btw recycle baju 1st raya for others n not me la..gila apa nk pakai lace..hehe

Went to penang..as my lil brother konvo for his master on 19th..and amik opportunity berjalan penang before the event...

And now here i am...banyak outstanding stories to be shared..or for me nak membebel so that my lil boy can read it later..and for hubby yang nun jauh di sana nak tgk our life here without him...hehehehe..

~*~18days~*~

18days kot saya menghilang..kemana? 

On 27th of June...my lil boy had his 3rd operation (1st stage)..which supposed to be the 2nd stage la..but due to ada incomplete as i believed incomplete tu bukan sbb doctor buat xbetul..but once dh recover baru nmpk ada lagi yang xcomplete..during his 1st and 2nd operation rasanya doc pn xmo take the risk la buat for the things yang drg xnampak kan..

Sepatutnya stat cuti on 25th sbb kena admit a day before for anesthetist check dulu kan..but on thursday a week before that..i brought him sbb dada dia wheezing..and mmg kalau bawak akan kena admit punya la..sbb a month before that pn dh kena but recovered as i kasi antibiotic je...doc suruh admit i xmo..hehehe..

so sbb gap sebulan dtg balik wheezing..so i decided better i g kamis so that leh stat cuti trus la..so on thursday tu..kemas2 bilik dulu..lawakan n wangikan..sbb i knew babah akan straight datang hospital and we will go home sama2..so kalau xkemas dulu mau pengsan babah balik tgh bilik..hahaha...so lps lunch baru kami melawat doc..and doc pn suruh admit je..so stat la hari2 ku..4D3N...and babah balik on saturday and smpi pun kul 11pm..so can consider babah balik ari ahad la kan..hehehe.

So during his stays due to bronchitis ni..mama la jaga farouq sorang2..dah la kena puasa kan..and nasib baik si kecik nak duduk dlam stroller..and satu hospital ktrg pusing..puasa and kena wat physio + suction..twice per day..so in total he had around 5 times kot..kamis tu xsempat rasanya..hehehe..xingat dah..but as next tuesday nk operate..and his paed pn dh aware..so ubat smua kasi ikut drip and during last day tangan dh bengkak so kasi cucuk kat peha je..ye la si kecik ni kan susah makan ubat! hehehehe..kena sihat if not mmg opera

Yeaaa...babah is here...

So tugas babah la showerkan..basuh poopoo..

Then after that..discharged on sunday..lepak2 dulu, basuh baju..and malam esoknya trus packing balik..untuk di admit for operation plk..owhh btw bronchitis tu kt ampang puteri and operation tu kt hukm...and since nothing to be monitored and recovery pn leh wat kat rumah..so kami bmalam 1 hari je..and a few hours after the op..kami pn mahu keluar and pulang ke rumah..hehehe..

btw pity si kecik...last minum SI, 4am..kalau minum formula 2am last..sbb formula milk kan lambat hadam...and last minum plain water kul 6am...the operation scheduled at 10am...but then op tu at 1pm..uwaaa....mmg both of us bgilir makan breakfast..and we brought him to the play area je la..pusing2 naik stroller smpi tertido pn ada...biler i dukung2 pusing wad and that time was lunch meals time..so ada air atas meja other patients..the word that he keep on saying was?? "Nakkk..Air...."

Sedey but when i said NO..*lemah lembut*..dia dh stat meraung..so kena pujuk2 balik..so when they call to get him ready..owhh mama harus dh sedih..babah yang siapkan smua..but mama dukung and then babah yang sent to the OT and tunggu in the recovery room..and once dia sudah bangun..mmg i dah bawak sebotol plain water..and kasi sket..but nurse suruh puasa sekejap sbb dia muntah once dia sedar tu..but dia asyik menangis mntk air.. T_T

so mama pun kasi la jgk sket..and bila dh smpi kat katil..babah yang comfort kan and tepuk2 nk kasi tido..and nurse kasi drip air je la kasi badan jgn dihydrate..but still mintak air n babah said yang kena drip tu air la..but sbb sedey kasi air jgk dalam sudu..bagi 1 n nk lagi..and 30mins after that doc dh dtg wat visit n cakap leh je kasi air..n kasi susu pn xpe..so kasi air dlm botol minum xmo lepas...sian anak mama...

Play area sgt best! smpi verangan nk ada play area kt rumah nnti..hahaha

even 1 tgn pn bjaya!

so how was the recovery? alhamdulillah..babah was around..babah la yang taking care of him a lot..mandi..merawat n memantau tmpt operation..TQ yang :)

And now he is doing well...and 1st day tadi i sent him to the nursery..kawan2 smua dah sorak2 panggil his name..and dia xnangis pn sbb yang amik dia tadi pn "mama" dia...get well soon my lil boy..be strong k..as if 1st stage ni successful..mama n babah will alwiz by ur side and support u for ur next operation...pray for him *smbl tulis mata berair*

Medical Opinion

I dont know how you treat urself or families when it comes to any medical/health conditions...

Coz example if someone been diagnosed with this this this...u cannot refer n stick to that particular doctor only..especially when it keep on repeating..and if the Doctor A said if things getting worse, you should go for an operation..walla....there u go..operate tu..huhuhu..

So if things x recover, and u keep on ngan that Doctor A, that doc said we will see for 2weeks time...if ok than ok la..but nk menunggu 2minggu pn u asyik MC and xsihat..kenapa nk tunggu surat referral from clinic to specialist..just go to the specialist la..bayar sendiri..bukan mahal sangat pun..maybe 200 kot paling mahal...bukan nk suruh go for other opt means ready for operation..just to get the 2nd opinion...seriously, u cannot take things for granted la..kalau setakat sakit perut period or muntah2 for few days tu xpe la...

Same goes to my baby when we checked on his conditions :

1) Asthma

- As he was admitted just after a week he was born with pneumonia..and then keep on repeating got wheezing..then admitted again bcoz of bronchitis when he was 7MO...

- Doctor at A.P.S.H suspected he has asthma...and was given a chamber + ventolin + budesonide...

- then we decided to get the 2nd opinion and went to a "Klinik Pakar Kanak-Kanak"..and luckily, i bring both inhaler...and doctor confirmed he has asthma..but the inhaler xbetul..he should be given a seretide instead the budesonide...doc said the budesonide tu from India and kat malaysia xguna sangat ke x medically approved ke apa..so we changed to seretide.. *padanla time upload pic tu drg cakap drg guna ventolin + seretide utk anak2 drg yang ada asthma*

ni baru betul...twice per day :)

- then last week..admitted again because of broncholitis..yang best nya paed dia cuti..so we went to see diff paed..discharged on Saturday and the followup next Saturday (after 1 week) but since last monday his paed dah masuk keje..so we went to bring him to his paed..this is not consider followup just to get 2nd opinion..

- all above covered under my husband's insurance but pay n claim..n encik suami xreti2 nk claim..simpan je resit2 tu..dh dekat seribu jgk kot..

2) CA

- this one is referring to his birth defect..which need to go for an operation...huhu..and as u know, congenital anomalies ni insurance xcover..so smua bayar sndr ok!

- As A.P.S.H xde paed surgeon..so his paed suggested that we can go to tawakal..so doc siapkan referral letter with my son's conditions smua..then off we go..yezza..swasta kan..of coz la berpuluh ribu costnya..but we didn't agree that time..so we decided to have 2nd opinion from other doc/diff hospital...

- we chose HUKM local goverment and once there, the doc was good despite tunggu lama sket..tp xde la lama sangat kot..n doc mentioned the only local gomen hospital yg ada good paed surgeon ada kat HKL, HUKM and PPUM kot..so we decided maintain je kat HUKM...after discussion, and the approach between tawakal n HUKM lain..n we prefer HUKM since doc pn citer ada complication la..and if i ikut cara tawakal ada this issue and this la..so ok..kita ikut option from HUKM

- As HUKM ada local and specialist, there you go...i jmp pulak doc kt HUKM specialist...and tanya all the differences between local and specialist n procedure smua..n i tell u..lagi ramai doc u jmp..u will know ur or ur kid's conditions very well..as u tau nk tanya apa smua..

- my son already had his 1st operation at gov hospital and next december is his 2nd operation..and still my husband wanted to go to HUKM specialist..but since i have no issue with local gomen except the doctor is not that specialist but the procedure/operation will be monitored by the specialist...and bukan doc yg baru kuar medical skool yang akan operate pn..ni doc yang dh ada pengalaman yang tgh menimba ilmu nk jadi specialist pn..and the doc was nice...im happy with their services..

So kesimpulannya...if you guys out there rasa not feeling good..n things x recover or getting worse...y not go n get 2nd opinion k..

Menghilang...

Hai... So agak lama diriku menghilang..sbb apa? 1) admitted to hospital bcoz hydrated.. 2) On MC for a week after discharged.. So entry pusrawi was my last entry and also I had my last dinner..after that dari sabtu ke ari khamis before admitted adalah muntah yang sangat truk..minum plain water kuar..buah pun kuar blk..makan apatah lagi... Rabu went to d opis but half day jek..kat umah blk terlentang..and esok nya khamis tggu ayah n lepas zohor g klinik...but doc suruh g hospital je..so p la hospital Ampang Puteri..at first hospital penuh..after waiting for 20mins ada gk kosong..if not g damai hospital kat melawati la...

So i was admitted on thursday, and datang la all of my families...dok blek bdua but dok n tdo sorang2 je...coz makcik kat sblh tu kena suspect H1N1..so dia kena transfer g blek sorang...

p/s : Sampai darah kuar ni ha!

And on friday, went to see doctor and did the scan..so still the EDC on mid of Nov..And on 09/04/2010 (8weeks and 4days)..the baby was 2.02cm ..and doctor gave me xperience to hear the heart beat and compared with mine..laju nyer baby nyer heart beat kan? so cute....

Patut leh balik ari sabtu..but doctor suruh stay for 1 day..sian my husband..klu dia tau ahad baru leh kuar spital..dia leh blk dh..but coz we tot can discharge on saturday..xyah la dia balik as when he checked the ticket for 1 way pn dh almost RM2k..mmg company tanggung, but dont know up to brapa their limit kan...lgpun awak dh nak balik pun.. :) So ni ada a few foods yang i smpt nk captured...leh x dia kasi makan spaghetti carbonara la..drummet la..bubur la..mmg xlalu la..coz they said i cannot eat oily n spicy food...tp bila mak datang suruh bawak sambal cili api..hehehe...

So on sunday baru leh kuar n mak tam yang bawak balik..coz ayah n mak g wedding..menunggu bill sangat lambat..mayb sbb insurance kan..so lambat sket la..tp more than 3hrs la..but the good new..fully covered!! yea yea...
