Happy Mother's Day 2012

Mother's Day 2013 jatuh pada weekend ni...

n what happened to my last year of mother's day celebration? remember these posts?? u can read it here and here...our vacation was from 10/05/2012 to 13/05/2012 *dh setahun br nk citer*..trip yang agak rush! coz perjalanan from 1 place to the other took about 2 hour++..and sana malam cepat so by 5 byk tmpt or kedai dh ttp...

So this is the 1st part...our trip from brunei to miri and back to brunei...

Some of the reasons why kami ke brunei and not directly to miri from KL :

1) En suami supposed to join us...but xjadi due to his workloads...

2) Because we rented a car dari brunei..sbb from brunei on 3rd day trus ke labuan naik feri...kalau direct to miri...n sewa kereta n pergi brunei then trus ke labuan..sapa plk nk anta balik that car to miri kan...get what i mean? hehehe...sbb tentatively..perjalanan adalah miri - brunei - labuan...tp sebelum ke miri kena lalu brunei dl sbb nak sewa kereta..n memudahkan perjalanan...

Since hubby didnt managed to follow us to miri..i drove to miri by myself..n hubby provided me map from brunei to miri..map dari googe maps ok! n printed and mayb ada la 20pages...but honestly..lepas je area jerudong..straight yang mmg straight tanpa belok2 yang mmg akan sampai imigresen punya!! Babah pya lepas jerudong pn kasi lagi maps yang mau more than 10pages yang menyebabkan me drive berhati2 sbb tgk map smbl drive tp sbnrnya straight je...dang!!! n kami singgah ke opis babah n smua mcm "giler hebat bini ko drive ke miri sendir"..tengok orang la beb! hehehe

Brunei to Miri..perjalanan dari brunei ke miri dalam 2jam but can make it less la...brunei pn xde speedtrap..tp kena hati2 drive kat brunei sbb drg bawak slow tp still kat lane kanan... T___T ..n i volunteered to drive coz farouq lagi behave bila ngan my parents..compared bila duduk ngan mama dia..n he still bfeed kan..so karang nk berkepit je...

A place to visit to Miri, ermmm tempat yang patut dilawati di Miri :

1) Canada Hill

2) Petroleum Museum

3) The Grand Old Lady

4) SeaHorse Light House

5) Crocodile Farm *we went this year and not on this trip*

6) Pasar Tamu

7) E-Mart 

and should try 1 of their signature food...Nasi Lalapan...

We took a morning flight..and muka si kecik xmandi pagi...LOL...and babah rented Lancer for us...nak beli xmampu..pakai sekejap pn best! bawak 160km/h pn x terasa...huhu...babah fetch us at the airport...and we had our breakfast at brunei..makan roti canai and murtabak yang best! it was my 2nd time..had it before before this trip..ok tu citer pasal brunei nnti la k..

The hotel was nice! we booked apartment with 3 rooms...but without breakfast..so selesa ada hall n dapur..but xde masa pn nk masak or melepak..right after we arrived, solat n mandi n trus keluar berjalan....coz next morning nk back to brunei plk..

After 2 hours..arrived safely at Imperial Hotel..located at center of Miri..and dekat ngan Bintang Megamall and bangunan nya tinggi so even xtau jalan pn just hala ke arah bangunan tu n In Shaa Allah sampai...seriously ok! x tipu...coz that was what i did! hahaha...jangan masuk jalan sehala sudah...

Btw bestnya this hotel..dia connected wit mall...so kami lunch KFC di situ je...beli mineral water..siap ada giant ke apa tah..x ingat! hahaha...not big mall la..mcm ala2 giant besar ala2 jusco wangsa maju tu je..not bad la kan..leh cuci2 mata jgk..

Above pic tmpt yang kami tuju dulu after we had lunch at KFC...and amazingly..rupanya drg sebelah2 je..ciss...after i came out from the museum..tanya la staff tu..where is canada hill located ye..n dia cakap..sebelah ni je puan..ppffftttttt....nothing much there...just museum tu best..beside petroleum ada arkeologi and ada plk "Perak Man"..Canada Hill pn ada 1 cafe utk orang melepak smbl tgk pemandangan yang..ermmmm...

Btw...the museum closed at 4.45pm..so better come early!

Pasar Tamu : Tamu Muhibbah & Tamu Khas

Next we went to Pasar Tamu...itu gmbr farouq makan pisang..sendiri nmpk sendiri mintak mama bayar n atok suap! and beli belacan kt sana..yang my mum cakap sedap smpi kena beli blk bila i repeated my trip to miri earlier this year...and baru perasan aritu yang situ jual ayam katok kepala..hahahah...sbb situ pasar Cina...nk beli buah mcm salak smua pn ada..

Then we went to the Seahorse Lighthouse..agak konfius perjalanan nk ke sana! kami SESAT...yang pusing2..all the way ke sana..akan nmpk statue seahorse tau..kt roundabout la..kt simpang2 tepi jalan la..but i knew that was not it! n setelah sesat barat..akhirnya jumpa jgk! LOL....after asked around the local people..

Nothing much there...just ada that seahorse yang sangat besar..and bila as lighthouse..harus la ada laut or pantai kan..harus la..n surrounding tu mcm just tmpt private bkn attraction places pn...

For dinner...we were looking for Nasi Lalapan..mcm orang giler...because ingatkan ada restauran yang special but selepas kecewa just nk pergi je makan seafood..tgk menu ada nasi lalapan..LOL...so any proper restaurant akan ada jual kot..and what is nasi lalapan? from my observation, set yang mengandungi nasi + sayur or ulam +sambal + tauhu + main menu...main menu tu can be ayam, ikan, daging rendang n so on...tu je pn..

and since ada masa...ke Bintang Mall yang berada berhampiran ngan hotel kami...pusing2 n belikn bola utk farouq..yang di bawa ke mana-mana smpi ke Labuan..n we left it there sbb nak naik flight mana leh bawak bola...nothing much n just jalan2 je...and then balik tido!!!

So since kami stayed at the Hotel without breakfast..and En Suami suggest makan nasi lemak sedap kt miri which kami xjumpa lepas pusing2 area tu..so end up makan je kedai2 yang ramai orang...n as ddk sarawak..harus la makan...MEE KOLOK!! ahaks...n mum ordered mee jawa n bubur utk si kecik..but this year pya trip ke miri dpt makan nasi lemak sedap tu...hehehe

and on the way back..kami singgah ke E-mart..ada pasar basah n pasar kering di situ...beli terubuk masin di miri...beli udang galah utk babah..tp last2 busuk sbb our hotel kt brunei fridge dia xsejuk sangat..n en suami keje n xsempat anta ke rumah dia...huh!

n as usual..kalau ke miri or banyak masa if everytime my visit to brunei..kami akan makan this rojak sotong..n mmg ia adalah laluan miri brunei pn....so harusla berenti n we stayed outside of the kedai while smua orang plus my father solat jumaat...

bersambung with 2nd part...brunei or trus ke Labuan..coz i terpikir nk compile smua citer Brunei in 1 story..bcoz every trips ada benda baru yang kami buat or lawati...so kita trus ke Labuan la ek..hehehehe...stay tune!

Adhoc items that we bought and owhh bugaboo!!

For our vacation last week..we bought few items just before the travelling period itself...major things are :

1) Bugaboo Transport Bag

2) Microphone for the camera

Im lucky that i got the bubagoo bag, that was in stock at mothercare KLCC coz only 1 left and usually we need to order to get the bag..coz we were thinking to buy or not to buy before this..but because of no purpose and i bought the mclaren volo to use as a travelling stroller..so not to buy la of coz kan..

but suddenly for our trip, hubby said it will be a long day journey of walking and sightseeing..so hubby decided to bring the bugaboo instead of mclaren as bugaboo tu mmg comfortable la si lil farouq...mmg sedap la tido..lgpun we went to disneyland.."hubby : kita g disneyland harus la naik bugaboo " T__T and boleh plk jmp mat saleh bwk bugaboo jgk..huhu..dia seronok la kt situ n bangga skejap..hohoho..

Can you spot which 1 is ours and which 1 belong to that mat saleh? hehehe

so me beli la itu bag with the price of RM638 at mothercare, KLCC and just now noticed that bebehaus also selling the bag with the price of RM589!! rugi almost RM50 di situ!! danggg...tu la jadi bila x survey..huhu..

how come i know that bebehaus also selling the bag?? sbb clip for 1 of the big wheels is broken! so harusla bkk bugaboo website and search for their retail locator and found out few stores listed...the stroller still boleh pakai but since to store it inside my car..we have to take off the wheel..so agak susah disitu..and for storage dlm travelling/transport bag pn kena bukak all the tyres..so agak susah la en suami last time at the airport nk mbuka tyre yg clip dh patah tu...so mcmana nk g legoland ni..kena bwk mclaren je la nmpk nya..hehehe..we dont know how la klip tu leh patah..coz we were putting other things inside the bugaboo transport bag tu..dh save few kg sbb stroller x dikira as luggage :) tp becoz of that ke? adusss.....

itu klip tggl 1 side je..so yg upper tu dh terpatah..
so mcmana nk clip it to take off the wheel? huhu

I emailed to bugaboo service asia..and banyak songeh plk drg ni..requested to have a look at the broken part..kena send picture to them..nak purchase date la..purchase place and purchase proof..delivery address and tel no..and also serial number...banyak plk nk tanya nya..aduss...

so en suami akan still trus cari those infos and email to bugaboo while i will keep on asking bebehaus if they can order it for us and how much it will cost us and when we can receive that clip...

sila jangan nak rosak2 k bugaboo cameleon...nanti kena replace ngan bugaboo donkey!! ahaks...

p/s : kami di HK skrg ni :) from last sunday to today...flite @ 4pm...celebrating our triple celebration + his last flite ticket as infant.. :D

DILEMMA

sangat dilemma...with my limited annual leaves...hubby's limited approval of leaves..errmmm..

at first we planned to have our triple celebrations at KK+Kundasang+Tip of borneo before our lil boy turns 2 years old...

The pros :

1) family time..bonding time of rf n babah..n 3 of us reunite..

2) last infant ticket for my lil boy..so murah la kan his fare eventho last minute purchase pn

3) planned to go during raya haji..from 27th or 28th until his birthday..31/10/2012..so babahnya cuti agak cerah di situ untuk dapat approval sbb mayb ramai balik cuti raya....

4) Cozy n cold place kot...n of coz kk tu kinda a must visit la kan..as cuti2 malaysia..

Cons :

1) travel with rf berdua..from kl direct to kk..gonna meet babah kat kk trus..travel by airplane berdua is not my 1st time pn..but previously he still fully bf..so skrg bila SI dh kurang..agak risau disitu :( and since FM pn xberapa nk minum..

Yaa i dont see any cons la if we stick with our current plans...

BUT...my inlaws plans to go to legoland!!...like the whole family la pegi..since i try nk balik melaka berdua with RF this coming 20th and beside that leh attend my SIL's convocation..i did went back to melaka berdua..when rf less than 6m kot *tak ingat*..tp scary...alhamdulillah dia xnangis all the way kt highway...perjalanan gombak melaka aman..perjalanan melaka gombak la..lps keluar je highway..trus stat menangis..sbb nk susu..n since he was fully bf..so i stopped more than 3 times kot..huhu..so decided not to travel berdua wit RF n my inlaws pn xbagi dah...and since he is almost 2 years now..dh stat formula..dh stat pandai pgg botol..n stat makan..rasanya i can try la kot kan..ahaksss...

so if this 20th berjaya...and if our plan to KK continues..so of coz hubby xleh nk blk dah la kan..coz inlaws planned to go to legoland early november.. T___T

the pros :

1) expenses mayb sponsored by bapak mertua ku la *home stay + of coz i xkan drive la + tiket*..mcm trip drg ke USS early this year n i x ikut tu.. :(

2) Bonding time with in laws...

3) as ramai orang..so peluang i nk suruh sesapa jaga RF n i leh la main kt legoland tu..and ramai leh amikkan gmbr kami2..hehehe

4) n mayb leh g JPO

IF KK tak jadi n hubby choose to join project legoland :

5) leh panjangkan langkah pegi singapore...g USS plk...

6) n kinda bonding time if we go to spore between rf n babah coz i think in laws mesti xikut pya..

the cons :

1) legoland = panas

2) if hubby x ikut..ermm balik melaka jumaat n blk kl either ahad tu jgk or isnin pagi..so me la yg kena pilih..

3) terlepas la flite murah for lil rf if project kk cancel..coz hubby leh pilih either kk or legoland+USS...n xtau bila baru leh g kk tu..huhu

but i rasa better KK...sbb if xpegi this time..mayb mmg xkan pegi la for the next 2 years pya la..projek nk g pulau pn lama tertangguh ha.. :( legoland tu brapa sgt je la if en suami nk kena bayar pn if pegi bertiga..tp if pergi bertiga boring la sbb xleh nk enjoy main sama2 sbb kena gilir2 jaga RF...

so if KK xjadi n babah choose legoland and me ada la en suami xde la sorg2 mcm ala2 outsider kan nnti..hehehe..n ktrg leh g singapore..ermm but if kk jadi..me mayb tetap akan ke legoland without babah kan.. T___T

 

3rd day of Raya and Family Vacation

Left Banting around 10am++ kot...should be earlier but ttiba ada orang kmpung menerjah rumah nenek..and nasib baik mmg semua nk keluar dari rumah as ucu nak gerak ke johor, and nenek ikut bibik simah blk kl..so me n hubby sebelum tu kan dah risau mcmana nk gerak pepagi...

So while waiting orang beraya..kami berposing dl..bag2 smua dh ready utk angkat masuk kereta je tu...

Then we arrived!! our short vacation....Grand Lexis, PD...my SIL suggested us to book the 2 bedded room..so that besar sket blek and pool nya...and babah bought bola utk si kecik..so harus la happy!!

Swimming suit besar..pelampung comel mama dh bawak beria...sekali masuk dalam pool?? harus lah menjerit sakan! berani duduk area yang ada tangga tu je..from my observation..ini budak tecik adalah gayat...dia takut kaki dia x jejak or x pijak apa2...mcmana nk terer berenang ni farouq :)

After that we had an evening walk / a photoshoot session..but mostly smua gmbr si kecik je la..mama mmg malas pn bgambar ngan muka x semengah smua tu...hehehe...we let him walk by his own..laju ok berlari..nk amik gmbr pn susah..

so for dinner pulak..just amik room service je..dine in..malas nk keluar..as babah pn ckp kita rilek je dalam area hotel..at first i planned utk tidokan si kecik dulu then baru order n dpt la makan ngan nikmatnya..so by the time si kecik tido..we ordered the foods...once dh smpi je foods, tup tup si kecik bangun.. T___T xdapat makan ngan tenang..sbb harus la si kecik sibuk nk makan sekali..br ingat nk ada dinner yang aman ngan en suami...

Breakfast? ermmm for me not interesting la...x se gah harganya hotelnya..xpuas makan..choices dia pn xbest..ada nasi lemak je...n few other basic foods mcm roti apa bagai cereals tu smua la...then ada la sausages la apa la..owhh rindu nk breakfast hotel yang best2 ni! and they have a bowl and cups yang lawa2 utk budak..so si kecik makan ngan amannya la di situ..tp sibuk pggl mama if mama bangun amik foods...

 End of vacation...rushed to gombak...then off to KLCC...then to sijangkang..then jalan2 di malam hari...

1 happy family!

p/s : apa yang xpuas ati sket is they dont have a bath tub...n dah la pool dia air sangat SEJUK!! so rasa boringgg la..huhu

Farouq was admitted due to bronchitis...as usual wheezing and flame..so physio n suction is a must...after a raya holiday..and sent him to the nursery on monday...phewww next day hidung dh meleleh..after an injections for 3 days consecutively from saturday until monday..seems that there are no changes..so i brought him on thursday and harus la admitted..bag baju mmg dh ready awal2...

Sekarang dh ok kena neb..rilek je main ipod..
practice makes perfect :D

Babah came back..i told him not to be worried as i can handle him..
but seems babah nak amik peluang balik malaysia.. :)

I got 3 days of MC *sila baca ala2 parody 5days mc sore eyes itu ye* and twice a day have to go the hospital..1st session around 11pm++ at the doctor's clinic and nite session around 10pm++ at the emergency..as my lil boy sangat susahhh nk makan ubat..so injection was the only solution..and doc siap kasi pinjam the nebuliser machine k..eventho discharge on sunday..but jarum kt tangan dibukak on khamis...seriously he was cranky all time..like seriously sangat xboleh berpisah ngan mama dia...

so ni la barang2 yang berat nya 30kg! waduss...terasa sket..tp kenapa berat dong...so entahla..rasa dh puas shopping..tp bila punggah mcm sket nye aku shopping..ahaks..siap tukar duit ok kat sana..aduss...

No Day 1, No Day 2 and No Day 3..

my 3rd visit to Indonesia..and 2nd visit to Jakarta..

So basically nothing much to say..becoz ke sana mainly untuk SHOPPING sahaja...how many of us? 7..ramai tu..and 5 out of 7..1st time naik flite..hehehe..so me akan jalan depan and 1 of my aunt akan jalan as ekor kt blkg..

tu pun at lcct bleh plk i suruh lalu shortcut lalu dalam kedai nk trus ke tmpt collect bag..drg x ikut and trus ke depan n kuar trus..hehehe...suka ati saja :)

owh n btw..kami kena tax..as flite pun malam n mmg from jakarta and bag bertroli2..but thank god kastam xbukak bag..just amik average je..RM10 sorang so that total RM70..sbb if not..tax akan jadi 30% untuk kain ela and caj lain untuk baju siap jahit mcm blouse or jubah ke..

my tailor forgot to inform us..patut xyah pakai troli and just kuar tarik bag sendiri2 and buat slumber je..but i rasa my bag mcm xlepas je..hahaha...

Day 1 :

Arrived and went to Mangga 2, Lunch as usual nasi padang and then to mayestic. Checked in (RM100/nite) then siap2 rehat jap then g Grand Indonesia and Hard Rock Cafe

Mangga 2 - Accessories yang di beli such as rantai adalah mahal compared ngan Tanah Abang..tp kalau yang kt kepala or tudung tu sama je harga...

Mayestic - Cotton di sini lagi lawaaaa compared ngan kt Tanah Abang..sbb budget2 sbb tkt TA lagi lawa..trus xde banyak beli cotton :(

HRC & Grand Indonesia - Both buildings ni ada connection..so since awal lagi..bjalan2 kt Grand Indonesia and xsanggup nk masuk at any butiks just g kedai2 ala royal sporting house belikan kasut + swim suit utk RF..sbbnya yang mahal2 je kot smua butik kt situ..hahaha..kt HRC lak..xde baju for my hubby..sbb smallest size L..and utk farouq pn boring..xkan nk kumpul baju "My first HRC" je kan...so baju untuk mama je.. :)



Beside me..yang lain adalah 1st time naik flite :)



They provide bus to the arrival terminal..dlm 50meters je pn..but bcoz xde proper like lcct..so naik bus

Day 2 :

Breakfast then ke TANAH ABANG..dari ada kedai yang belum smpi la kena halau sbb drg nk ttp dah..hahaha..bahu adalah sakit..bag camping adik yang di pinjam smpi nk terputus..wakaka..and malam adalah melepak sahaja..

i xtau since when but TA skrg dh ada dua block..A & B..but dia connected pun..and Block B lagi luas..sronok shopping and 1st time tu xprasan pn dah masuk Block B :)

owhh kami xlunch..semangat shopping..so lepas kena halau..balik n few ordered McD and lain g seberang jalan bungkus nasi padang :)

 Day 3 :

Repeat Tanah Abang..makcik2 beli kasut2 en suami..but not me la..smpi ada yang xmuat rupanya..makcik2 ku beria bawak reben ukuran kaki hubby n anak masing2..hehehe..lunch kat kedai nasi padang seberang hotel and sbb since awal lagi..supir plan nk amik dlm kul 4 and we arrived at the hotel dlm 1++..so me solat2 kejap..ada yang tukar2 baju..basuh muka..then off to THAMRIN CITY..yang depan hotel je..

Thamrin city xbest pun..barang mahal..and xbest la..hehehe..

then pulang ke malaysia..lama tu lepak kt airport..sbb smpi awal.. :)

Last time i went via MAS...and this time naik AA je..waktu kami smpi padanla supir xde sbb salah info n pak supir ingat kami naik MAS..sbbnya airport flite MAS n AA lain tau..ala2 KLIA and LCCT..padanla i pelik asal last time i g airport dia mcm kayu2..yang kali ni lawa lain n nmpk baru..so AA and Lion Airlines yang akan ada kt situ..terminal 3..airlines lain kt main airport which is terminal 2...so sila kasi info yang tepat kepada pak supir ye...

Nursing room dia pn agak cantik..but me xguna pun..just took some photos for my readers tgk je..*ada ke orang kisah pun?*

Jangan shopping smpi lupa spare duit for airport tax...so airport tax jakarta to malaysia will cost u 150,000IDR..lebih kurang RM50 la jgk...at 1st i mmg dh ready kan duit besar..100k + 50k..but after shopping banyak duit kecik n syiling..so i g kasi duit tu as my airport tax..hahaha..sian drg nak kira..n sian kami tkedek2 kira duit kt situ jgk :)
