10kg

Alhamdulillah....

I have lost almost 10kg....

Problem with my weight ni dh 2tahun++ since stop bfeed...time almost nk stop tu pn dh naik2 sket....until....

Until last 2months, mid of may.....berat i mcm tgh pregnant 7bln....61kg uollss!!!!  even before i delivered pn 63kg je...

Alhamdulillah...been 2months++ on diet and workout at home...x sangka sgt smua nya bhasil!!! 



Never tot diet atkins ni mcm ni hebatnyaaa...hehe...in less than a month i turun 5kg and nk turun lg lps tu mmg PAYAH giler...berat dh plateau....

From top right n pant in khakis tu smua suar before kawin...muattt!!! Even masih ketat sket...gmbr left tu pic with jeans that i bought after a year delivered kot...dh longgar!! And jeans yang i pakai br beli last year which is paling besar i ever had harus la mmg xlawa lgsg di pakai kan! Mau kalau xpakai belt leh tlucut kalau org tarik LOL

Berat before pregnant dlm 53kg...n tu berat before bbuka...so after bbuka around 53kg++ jgk...im more than happy!!!

Nak workout bulan puasa ni mmg payah sgt...padahal boleh je buat sit up n squat or even inner thigh yang mmg patut dititik beratkn skrg....ye la xlarat utk cardio kan...hubby ckp udah2 la tu..xyah nk turun2 lagi berat...tp perut ni cik abang...kasi leper yang keras sket la dl..hehe

Skrg i dh makan carbs...even makan bbuka siap tambah lagi, makan nasi ok!!!...which is not good!!! I should reserve it for raya!!!! Help me......

p/s : dress yang i plan nk pakai raya skrg dh longgar mcm pakai jubah plk...aishhhh my boys dh cari baju kaler dress tu plk...so pakai je la T___T

wah byk tu turun.. bb hanya mampu up to 4 kgs je turun.. ade lagi 1 kg to go to berat before pregnant kan ali.. which is 43 kg..

congrats zurai.. jgn kurus kurus sgt.. tak cantik pulak nanti.. kasi perut flat aje..
